As a seller, you want to effectively (and beautifully) market the home and then negotiate to secure the highest possible price and cleanest terms for the sale. As a buyer, you want a patient, yet assertive partner to help to buy the right home for you, at the best possible price. As the expression goes, you want to make sure you don’t leave any money on the table. This is where I step in to partner with you as your consultant, negotiator and project manager.
On a personal note, I’m an eight generation Californian and I’m a descendent from one of the founding families in Santa Cruz County. I received my BA in International Relations and an MBA in International Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey, CA. I’m fluent in Portuguese and French with a working knowledge of Spanish.
San Francisco has been my home for the past 30 years and I have 15 years of experience in real estate. I have represented residential and commercial clients in over 800 million dollars in sales transactions. With my years of experience, my knowledge of the San Francisco Real Estate Market is monumental to what I do, listing and buying client’s properties. My connection network is extensive in the San Francisco local market, including my relationship with other Realtors and Brokers (through the Top Agent Network), potential buyers and sellers, and other players in the industry including appraisers, home inspectors, contractors and vendors associated with selling, /and or buying a home.
